WLS 10 Passes the Compatibility Test Suite

As some of you have seen from the trade press (like Paul Krill's article), WLS 10 has passed the EE5 tests. This was an extremely difficult run, as Sun added an enormous number of new tests. You can try out the new Tech Preview here. It also has the latest version of Workshop. Note that this is not the merged version, but we're working on that internally, and hope to get it out this summer.
