I'd recommend you read the documentation of the JavaME IMS SDK and check the discussion forum at NSN's website. These problems have been discussed already.
WTK 2.5 was not supported in the previous version of the SDK. It might work with the current PictureQuiz v2 download which contains the latest version of the JME SDK library.
