Adam Fitzgerald is the Director of Developer Relations for BEA Systems and is responsible for building developer communities around Java Enterprise Edition and BEA products. He has extensive technical experience in enterprise development, administration, web services, service oriented architectures and open source software and has given talks at JavaOne, BEAWorld, XML2005 and many other industry events. Prior to joining BEA in 2000, Adam researched mathematical techniques in computer vision at the University of North Carolina.
