Description:

This session will provide an in-depth look at the architecture, programming model, and performance characteristics of WebLogic Event Server. This will include an overview and examples of the Event Processing Language (EPL) that provides a SQL-Like language for expressing complex pattern matching rules over event streams. The session will also describe the integration with WLRT (WebLogic Real Time), which enables deterministic performance characteristics in the most demanding runtime environments.

Presenter:

Alexandre Alves is a computer scientist at BEA. Alex has worked with technologies such as real-time, CORBA, J2EE and Web Services for the past decade. He is currently the Architect for WL Event Server.
