To achieve all the benefits that SOA has to offer, organizations require an appropriate SOA organization and governance model that addresses the technical, structural, process, and cultural needs specific to the enterprise. Without an industry standard definition of SOA governance the development of an appropriate model can be challenging. This webinar will highlight the need and scope of an SOA governance model as well as the commitment required to deploy such a solution – including the commitment to corporate reskilling, why and when you need to reskill your internal staff versus outsourcing, best practices, and specific steps required for reskilling for an SOA environment.
